Clint Cooper, MAI
Over the course of my 20+ year professional career, I have viewed the real estate industry from a variety of perspectives that include as a real estate investor, commercial lender, appraisal reviewer, staff appraiser, and as a managing director for one of the nation’s largest appraisal firms. My work experience spans throughout the Ozarks, primarily in the southwest and central parts of Missouri, and includes a broad mix of commercial, land and farm property types.

About the MAI Designation

The MAI designation is awarded by the Appraisal Institute to commercial real estate appraisers who meet a more rigorous set of requirements than those for state certification. It has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions, and investors as a mark of excellence in real estate valuation and analysis.
